Refund Policy

At Chef Nekqua, all sales are final. Each product is made and delivered with care — whether digital or print — and we appreciate your support of small-batch, independent work.

 

 

 Magazine (Hard Copy)

 

 

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded after it has shipped.

  • If your magazine does not arrive within 21 business days from the ship date, please contact us at Harlem@chefnekqua.com for review and resolution.

  • Damaged or lost items may be eligible for a replacement, pending review.

 

 

 

 Digital Products (E-books, Downloads)

 

 

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.

  • If you experience issues accessing your file, contact us immediately at Harlem@chefnekqua.com and we’ll help resolve it.
