At Chef Nekqua, all sales are final. Each product is made and delivered with care — whether digital or print — and we appreciate your support of small-batch, independent work.
Magazine (Hard Copy)

Once your order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded after it has shipped.

If your magazine does not arrive within 21 business days from the ship date, please contact us at Harlem@chefnekqua.com for review and resolution.

Damaged or lost items may be eligible for a replacement, pending review.
Digital Products (E-books, Downloads)

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
