Catering Services
(Refunds, Deposits and Cancellations)

We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm any catering booking. The deposit secures your date, ingredients, and preparation time.

 

Deposit Details: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due no later than 3 days before your event.

 

Cancellations: If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, your deposit may be credited toward a future booking within 6 months.

 

Cancellations within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refund or credit. 🚫 No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations: Same-day or no-show cancellations will be charged 100% of the total invoice.
